On Point - 2023 Supreme Classic 18ft (Queen Bed)

The van was good, everything worked and it had most things you need for a trip away in terms of plates and cutlery etc. unfortunately that van was very dirty inside when I picked it up and I spent half a day cleaning it before we took off on our trip. I raised this with Rob and he acknowledged the issue but did not offer a discount or to refund the cleaning fee. Overall 3 out of 5 stars

I had a great time. Van was easy to tow and even easier to setup and breakdown. With no experience it literally took me less than 20 minutes. Everything that we needed was included. The only thing I could possibly have asked for was spare bin liners. Had a fantastic time. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

It was great, had a great time. Caravan is well maintained. I will look forward to hiring this van again.

We enjoyed the convenience of having everything in the van and hopefully next time we will hire for longer and get to relax a bit more.

The experience with Rob and Cassie was seamless. they provided the right level of information at the right time and were happy to answer any questions and accommodating with pick up and drop off times. A pleasure from the very beginning with Cassie and Rob, they are greate communicators and prompt in their responses to any questions. We loved the van, very comfortable, layout suited our needs and easy to tow, everything worked and was of great quality, we especially liked the BBQ, which enabled us to cook outside, the fridge size and location in the van mean't we didn't need to crawl on our knees to get in the fridge and the bed was supper comfy with our addition of a matteress topper. This van enabled us to explore places we'd never been to before and along with our freinds in another van, created lifetime memories, the ideal holiday for us.
