“The van was good, everything worked and it had most things you need for a trip away in terms of plates and cutlery etc. unfortunately that van was very dirty inside when I picked it up and I spent half a day cleaning it before we took off on our trip. I raised this with Rob and he acknowledged the issue but did not offer a discount or to refund the cleaning fee. Overall 3 out of 5 stars”
